Find your image and click "Save Image As"
Make sure you remember where you save the picture on your computer. Saving in the downloads folder is a good idea.
Give the file a name!
Go back to Glitch and go to your assets.
Click on the upload an asset button and find the file on your computer...
OR find the file on your computer first and drag and drop your images.
